Our MALANDÁ old reserve sheep cheese is made with raw milk without preservatives or dyes. Of Extremaduran origin, it has an intense and creamy tasting note on the palate and is somewhat spicy.

Authentic cured sheep's cheese with more than 8 months of curing, with an intense and defined taste accompanied by a unique aroma. Ideal for cutting and enjoying at room temperature along with a good red wine.

We also have the gran reserva cheese with more than 12 months of curing.
