Organoleptic characteristics


Firm and compact consistency, rough external appearance with good adhesion of the casing to the dough. The cut is homogeneous, bound and without abnormal coloration, with a clear difference between the meat and fat fragments.

It presents a characteristic odor provided by the spices, condiments, additives and the curing process.

Stuffed in natural pork casing.

CONSERVACIÓN Y CONSUMO

Antes de abrir el producto, conservar en lugar fresco y seco. 

Conservar a temperatura de 2 a 8 grados.

Consumir preferentemente antes de 18 meses.
