Our Iberian black pudding is made with Iberian pig blood mixed with natural ingredients.

It is one of the most typical sausages of Extremadura and the perfect ally in our kitchens.

Artibérico black puddings offer an intense and juicy flavor.

Cured meat product composed of chopped pork fat to which salt, spices and additives are added; sausage in natural casing, followed by a process of curing and maturation

Sausages in pork casing are matured in dryers for a minimum of 90 days


Iberian product classified according to the Quality Standard.


60 days in our dryers.


It is served in whole and half pieces weighing between 0.4 kg to 0.8 kg.


Before opening the product keep in a cool and dry place.

Store at a temperature of 2 to 8 degrees.

Consume preferably before 18 months.


Debarked Iberian pork belly and jowls, paprika de la Vera, blood, sea salt, garlic, cured salts (E252, E250) and antioxidants (E331).
