Cured meat product composed of a selection of minced pork lean and fat to which salt, spices and additives are added; stuffed in natural casing, followed by a curing and maturation process.
When cut, it presents a purplish-red color; its exquisiteness presents our customers with a fresh cured aroma and a mixture of nuances that evoke the flavors and aromas of the dehesa.

CONSERVATION AND CONSUMPTION
Before opening the product, store in a cool and dry place.
Store at a temperature of 2 to 8 degrees.
