The loin occupies a prominent place among the noblest pieces of the Iberian pig. Its mild dressing based on natural spices, paprika from La Vera and its slow and natural curing in the dryers, results in a healthy and extraordinary product.


The aromas of the pasture make up a determining microclimate for the slow and natural curing process in our Iberian sausages, a product faithful to tradition.

Made with the most select parts of our Iberian pigs, they make our sausages a unique product.

In our dryers and natural cellars, natural maturation over time generates aromas and sensations, transforming the pieces until they acquire their final nuances with rest.

The Artibérico loin cane is produced following a 100% artisanal and traditional production method through a recipe with years of history. Thanks to this, it obtains its special flavor and that characteristic marbling of fat that gives it a sweet and intense bite.

Se sirve en piezas enteras y medias pesas de un peso aproximado desde 0,45 kg hasta 1,4 kg.


Antes de abrir el producto, conservar en lugar fresco y seco. 

Consumir preferentemente antes de 18 meses.
