Its long stay in the dryers of Jabugo, Extremadura and Guijuelo allows its nuances to be refined and the sensory characteristics of Artibérico - Oro Bellota products to be obtained.
The aromas of the pasture make up a determining microclimate for the slow and natural curing process in our Iberian sausages, a product faithful to tradition.
The Artibérico loin cane is produced following a 100% artisanal and traditional production method through a recipe with years of history. Thanks to this, it obtains its special flavor and that characteristic marbling of fat that gives it a sweet and intense bite.
Its long and slow curing in the dryers allows its nuances to be refined and to obtain the sensory characteristics of the Artibérico - Oro Bellota products.

Consumir preferentemente antes de 18 meses.
