Cured meat product composed of a selection of minced pork lean and fat to which salt, spices and additives are added; stuffed in natural casing, followed by a curing and maturation process.
One of the most traditional and unknown sausages of our gastronomy.
Recovered from an old recipe from the towns of Extremadura with more than 80 years of history, which Artibérico makes available to our customers to taste the traditional flavor of Iberian.
Sausages in pork casings are matured in dryers for a minimum of 120 days, after which they acquire a deep aroma and pronounced dehesa flavor.

It is served in whole pieces and half pieces weighing between 0.8 kg and 1,300 kg.
CONSERVATION AND CONSUMPTION
Before opening the product, store in a cool and dry place.
Store at a temperature of 2 to 8 degrees.
Consume preferably before 18 months.
