Through an exhaustive selection of lean Iberian seasoned with spices and a slow and natural curing in our wineries, we have managed to elaborate a range of Iberian sausages of very high quality with a marked artisanal character.
Our cular sausages offer an intense and juicy flavor in the chorizos, and a fleshy and soft texture in the sausages.
Sausages in cular pork casing with a caliber of 40-60 mm, are matured in dryers for a minimum of 120 days.
It is a very juicy sausage that gives off a surprising aroma and with which we can enjoy a fleshy and juicy texture.

CONSERVATION AND CONSUMPTION
Before opening the product keep in a cool and dry place.
Store at a temperature of 2 to 8 degrees.
Consume preferably before 18 months.
